OpenContact, the Norwich based outsource call centre, have launched a new ‘Live Chat’ service to allow their clients’ customers to contact them in realtime without having to pick up the phone.

In launching this new service, OpenContact’s clients are able to increase the methods of contact on offer to their customers and therefore give the customer the power to choose. Go Ape are the first to take up the service after recognising that live chat is the fastest way to service their customers and, as a result, offer an even better customer service.

Fiona Temple, OpenContact CEO, said “We are excited to be adding Live Chat to our already extensive list of outsource services. It’s a great fit for us as we can integrate it into our existing team as the expertise and knowledge is already there – it gives us great satisfaction to know we are offering a service that makes our clients more available to their customers and in turn, has a positive impact on customer service and sales.”
