OpenContact driving growth with appointment of Business Development Manager


Leading outsourced contact centre, OpenContact, has expanded their team with a new Business Development Manager following continued success.

Kelly Sands joined OpenContact this month as the outsourced inbound call centre takes a proactive approach to driving business growth by expanding their market reach.

With over 10 years of experience in account management and business development for the retail and manufacturing sector, Kelly has a proven track record of fostering strategic relationships that help businesses reach new opportunities.

In her role as Business Development Manager, Kelly will be developing and nurturing relationships with prospects, understanding their unique needs and finding the right solutions from OpenContact’s portfolio of bespoke customer support services.

Kelly is working closely alongside the company’s CEO, Fiona Brown, to continue achieving and exceeding sales targets, building even stronger partnerships and exploring a wider market reach in the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Coming into this role, I aim to focus on targeting sectors such as retail, hospitality and leisure which face varying demands for customer service resources” adds Kelly.
